The tour may be cancelled if the previous day’s weather forecast (Japan Meteorological Agency) says the chance of rain is more than 60%. We will inform you a day before the tour. Please be sure to check your email before the tour. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Full refund will be given for the cancellation made by us due to the bad weather.
We may cancel on the day of the tour (even on the tour) for safety reasons due to the rapid weather change.
When a weather warning is issued, the tour will be cancelled even if the weather is good on the day of the tour.
In the event of the bad weather, we can offer a walking tour or another tour date. If this does not work with your travel plans then we cancel the tour. Please note that rescheduling is depending on the availability.
The tour will be cancelled or changed in case of adverse weather condition or unexpected contingencies during the tour. Once it starts, no refund will be given.
2.Cancellation made by guests
You can cancel or reschedule the tour in case of bad weather without cancellation fee. We are also able to provide a walking tour alternatively. If you cancel the tour, please inform us immediately.
If you cancel the tour on your side other than unexpected circumstance that is out of your control, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows.
50% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days before the tour.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days prior to the tour date or on the day of the tour.
