Who loves our tour?
Great introduction to sake
I'm sure like most people we arrived with very little knowledge of sake. Shingo very quickly made us feel relaxed and welcome. His knowledge of the history and production of sake was very impressive. After an hour and a half of light hearted but informative discussion and tasting of 6 very different sakes we left feeling that not only had we learnt a lot about sake but we had experienced a very enjoyable evening. Many thanks Shingo.
Can I buy sake at your place?
We don't sell sakes in the experience but advise you where to buy in Takayama. Also, you can order and drink some kinds of sakes at Kanoya, a Japanese restaurant our tasting session takes place.
What kind of local dishes are provided?
Small local dishes such as simmered potato, tofu, and miso are provided.
I need vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free products. Can I attend the experience?
Yes. Each of our dishes and sakes does not contain meat, fish or gluten.
Is there any age limit?
Guests must be over 20 years old due to the Japanese minimum drinking age.
