An outstanding bike ride across the beautiful Hida countryside taking in the rice fields, Hida cows, various shrines, the local market and a very tasty natural spring. Guided superbly by a very knowledgeable tour guide who was kind and very passionate about his town. Greeted by school children and farmers throughout. Would highly recommend. Mainly flat so all cycling abilities would really enjoy this. 5 stars
